No, they are fully aquatic. Unlike Vampire Crabs or Red Claw Crabs, they do not need a paludarium setup or access to land, though they may occasionally rest near the water surface on a tall piece of wood.

Will they eat my cherry shrimp or baby fish?

It is highly unlikely. They are primarily filter feeders and scavengers with very small claws. They are far too slow and clumsy to catch healthy shrimp or fish.
