About the Heniochus Bannerfish
The Heniochus Bannerfish is frequently referred to as the 'Poor Man’s Moorish Idol' due to its similar striped appearance and trailing pennant. However, unlike the notoriously fragile Moorish Idol, the Heniochus Bannerfish is robust, disease-resistant, and adapts wonderfully to captivity. Its peaceful demeanour and impressive adult size make it a spectacular centrepiece for marine aquariums.
