How many Orange Laser Corys should I keep together?

They are highly social, schooling fish and must be kept in groups of at least six. Larger groups of 10 or more will result in much more confident, natural behaviour.

This is completely normal behaviour. Corydoras have a modified intestine that allows them to breathe atmospheric air. They dart to the surface, take a quick gulp of air, and swim back down to extract the oxygen.
