About the Ramshorn Snail
Ramshorn Snails are ubiquitous in the aquarium hobby, prized for their tireless cleaning habits and distinctive, flat-coiled shells resembling a ram's horn. While often introduced accidentally on live plants, many aquarists actively culture them as a highly effective clean-up crew for nano tanks and planted setups. Through selective breeding, they are now available in several attractive colour morphs, including red, pink, blue, and spotted varieties.
